Fantastic communicator who did everything he could for us in a complex sale.

Could not recommend Ben more highly. We met Ben whilst he was acting as the agent for the house we were purchasing. Out of convenience more than anything, we chose to bring in Ben for the sale of our house. We couldn't be happier with that decision. Throughout a complex sale process with 3 sale contracts all dependent on each other and a few hiccups with potential buyers pulling out for very unexpected reasons, Ben worked tirelessly to get the best result and keep it all under control and stress free for us. He was very receptive to our wishes and had excellent communication throughout. I know its a small thing but as an example of how receptive he was to our wishes, I made a off-hand comment to him when we first met that I really disliked talking to people on the phone whilst they were driving. I realised later on that every time I spoke to Ben after that conversation, he had pulled over before calling me. Again, a small thing, but for me that demonstrated the sort of operator/guy Ben is and I really appreciated it. Obviously Ben knows his stuff in terms of real estate and he managed to get us a great sale exceeding our expectations but more than that, if you bring him in, you can be assured that you have a real and good person working on your behalf.
