Excellent communicator
Tim made selling a breeze for myself as an interstate seller of an investment property. Gave good pre-sale advice and was spot on with predictions re timing of sale and sale pricing. Went above and beyond with respect to supporting property presentation and liaising with the managing agent. The after hours phone calls to keep me up to date with progress were sincerely appreciated.
