Great experience, highly professional
Jacob has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of purchasing our first family home. From our very first contact about the inspection right through to keeping us updated as our offer went to the vendors, he made the process smooth & stress-free. What stood out most is that Jacob genuinely has the best interests of both buyers & vendors at heart. In real estate, it can sometimes be hard to fully trust the process knowing that agents benefit from sales, but Jacob went above & beyond to ensure both sides were well informed & supported every step of the way. We truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism & dedication. My husband & I are hoping to purchase investment properties in the future, & without a doubt we’ll be reaching out to Jacob again when the time comes.

Excellent
Obviously we would have liked three times the sale price for our property, but realism often gets in the way of dreams. 😁. Jokes aside, Sean has been excellent. He has managed our expectations well, got us the best price the market was willing to pay, dealt with our often unavailability, and communicated with our solicitor when sometimes it should have been our job. If you want a real estate agent that is honest, reliable, approachable and will go that extra mile, I can strongly recommend Sean.
