I found Lisa to be very chatty and outgoing person, she knew what she was doing and how to resolve problems. She told us what to do to make our house more attractive to buyers. She worked hard to get top dollar for our house. She was always there to talk no matter what time of day, which was fantastic. Thanks Lisa. 😁

Lisa's communication and genuine interest in the property she was showing us was fantastic. Never pushy and never 'all about the sale' but all about what suited our preferences. We got quick responses and were in touch at every step of the way. Great experience.

Despite wanting to list for 80-100k less than we did Sam was happy to oblige and was professional through out this process. He communicated well and kept us in the loop.. Thanks Sam

From day 1 of the sale process, Sam has been the total professional. We had it all: bouts of Covid and flu, sales falling through, difficult buyers, more properties in the area listing, rising interest rates and a slow-down in the market. Sam got the sale though. Totally satisfied with his initial property valuation and the final amount achieved.

Lisa was amazing right from first contact, always very friendly and approachable, knowledgeable about the area and the market. Have bought and sold multiple properties before, however, Lisa has gone above and beyond any expectations and experiences of an agent. Will use her again for all of my purchases and sales within the entire area.

Lisa was a pleasure to sell with. Her communication with both myself as the vendor and the potential buyers was outstanding. I believe that this was possibly the biggest contributing factor to achieving an excellent sale result. She has great insight into the market trends and gave an honest opinion, with justified reasoning, about choosing the best time to sell my property. I would gladly recommend Lisa to anybody seeking a professional agent sell their home.
