Taylah Palmer has been a valued member of the Harcourts Huon Valley Property Management team since 2018 and now leads as Team Leader – Rentals across both the Huon Valley and Kingborough offices. With a strong background in banking, finance and customer service, Taylah is passionate about supporting her team to perform at their best while delivering consistent, high-quality service to clients. Her leadership forms part of the award-winning Harcourts Huon Valley & Kingborough property management team, recognised as Residential Property Management Team of the Year (REIT 2025). A lifelong local of the Huon Valley, Taylah has a deep connection to the community and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle it offers. Working across both offices, she maintains strong relationships with clients throughout the region while balancing her role with raising a young family. Outside of work, Taylah has been actively involved in the Huon Valley Netball Association for nearly 20 years and enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends. She holds a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professionalism and growth within the industry.

Working in the real estate industry since 2013, Kayla began her Property Management career with Harcourts Kingborough, where she spent five years progressing from Property Manager to a senior role. She then gained further experience over two years with a Hobart agency before returning to her hometown to join Harcourts Huon Valley in May 2020. Kayla now leads the team as Team Leader, bringing strong leadership and industry expertise to her role. Kayla is passionate about providing specialised knowledge to both landlords and tenants, and she enjoys learning about the history of properties across the Huon Valley. Known for her friendly and outgoing nature, Kayla approaches every situation with positivity. Her proactive attitude and willingness to take on any challenge make her a valuable leader and asset to the team.

After two years in an administrative role, Hannah is transitioning into property management. Her experience in administration has sharpened her organisational and communication skills. Currently expanding her knowledge through training, Hannah is focused on bringing her attention to detail and customer service expertise to property management. Hannah has lived in the Huon Valley her entire life, surrounded by family, and enjoys being part of the tight-knit community. In her spare time, she loves playing netball, spending lots of time with family and friends.

Tanaya has now been thriving as a Leasing Consultant with our Property Management Team for over a year, after making the transition from our front reception desk. Over this time, she has built strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, drawing on her customer service expertise to ensure every leasing experience is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. As a proud Huon Valley local, Tanaya brings a community-minded approach to her work, pairing her warmth and attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Her dedication and positive presence make her an invaluable part of our Harcourts Huon Valley team.
