She was so helpful, easy to speak too and helped me every way she could
Easy to deal with. Adapted to our needs with little notice. Excellent attitude. Will deal with again.
Finding a home for our family was a hard time given our situation at the time. Ava and Tanaya have really helped our little family. We can’t be more thankful
Vey professional, communicated well
Well maintained and look after Thanks for everyone Huonville Harcourt
Harcourts were very professional in our experience. Our current rental had sold and we were ready to be living out of a car until harcourts saved our butts by giving us a chance at a rental that hadn’t even been posted yet. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help during an incredibly stressful situation
A smooth stress free lease and move in process. My property manager Tanaya was supportive, attentive and client focused. A welcome to your home gift box was a kind and caring gesture.
We could not be happier with the support and service provided by Harcourts Huon Valley. Absolutely lovely agents who communicated well and helped us through the rental process with patience and kindness.
They do all the work, and have yet again arranged a lovely tenant. Thanks Kayla and team.

Landlord of 29 Cammeray Road, Claremont
Courtney and Jess at Fall Real Estate have been excellent property managers. Their communication is outstanding. We always know what’s happening with our property, and they respond quickly whenever we have a question. They genuinely have our best interests at heart, and they look after our tenants with the same level of care, which makes a huge difference to how smoothly everything runs. It’s rare to find property managers who are this reliable, professional and easy to deal with. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Courtney and Jess to any landlord looking for a team they can trust.
Landlord of 2/2 Ovata Close, Cambridge
Laura and her management team at Fall Real Estate, did a great job to quickly find us a new suitable tenant at the end of the lease period. The team kept us informed every step of the way and presented us with their recommendations. A great job done! Thanks again.
