Nick, Nikita & the team made the sale of my property as easy and stress free as it could be right from the beginning, setting it all up to the final stages of the sale. The professionalism of the way the team overcame some minor hurdles based around the location, and to keep such a stable influx of people coming through, to keep the positivity alive, was awesome. Communication was 10/10, and there was never a moment I felt like I wasn't being kept in the loop with movements on, not only my property, but the entire real estate market. Shae is very warm and professional, and should I be buying or selling again in the region in which she operates, she would be the first person I would call. She persists until the job is done. At all stages throughout the sale, she showed a willingness to work with me and my own advisors to get the best outcome. She did this daily, so I was never 'in the dark' on progress.
