Nick came and did the valuation on the property and arranged for the video to be done, then brought his team through so that the whole agency new the property. The actual sale of the property was arranged by Demi Gane with help from Hannah Katz. We found Demi to be very professional, and very positive, we never had to contact her for feed back after a viewing, she always contacted us as soon as there was a development. Demi recommended a property to us which we eventually purchased.

This is our third property we have sold with Nick and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him and his professional team again in both buying and selling. Nick had a good understanding of the real estate market in the Huon Valley. The property was marketed well with top quality photos that accentuated the highlights of the property. When significant interest was shown in the property Nick didn't try to rush the process but rather gave people time to fully consider their offer. I believe this resulted in a significantly better outcome for us.

Nick sold me the block in 2005 and I was impressed with his knowledge and attitude. When I recently decided to sell the block, he gave me good advice about where I should locate the driveway and liaised with the contractor. Once the preparations were carried out he gave an accurate assessment of the value of the property. The staff at Harcourts also gave me good customer service

When my wife and I advised Nick just what we were looking for he promptly provided information on all premises he thought we might be interested in. Once we confirmed our interest in 7 Ellison St, Nick and Demi did everything possible to give us the opportunity to purchase the property. Firstly by providing an inspection at a time not previously advised and once we decided to make an offer Nick promptly advised the client of out offer and consequently a Contract was signed by both parties.
