Nick Bond was, and continues to be positive and proactive, both during the sale, follow up and answering ongoing questions. I bought the property as self contained accomadation, including chattels, thereby presenting Nick with a more complicated sale. Nick is involved in dialogue with the existing gardener and his wife, as housekeeper, organising meetings and their continuing employment. Nick has always returned my calls, even on a Sunday. Nick arranged for office staff to assist in my fly in inspection, with pickup and drop off to the airport, thereby enabling a one day visit.
