House Purchase.

From the moment I stepped through the door for a property inspection I was warmly greeted by Shaelagh, received a quick rundown of the property, given a very well-presented brochure and then allowed to continue on my inspection. On completion, I had several questions regarding the property which were answered promptly. We also discussed other properties in the area, with her displaying her knowledge of the median prices, property values etc,. On informing her that of my desire to make an offer on this property Shaelagh immediately booked an appointment for me at the Huonville office to start the paperwork ball rolling. From when I expressed an interest in the property to the buying of the property I was treated as if I was part of the family. Shaelagh was very thorough when talking me through the myriad of paperwork ensuring that I understood all facets with no question being treated as dumb. I am pretty sure her patience was tested. All I can say is that in conclusion, Shaelagh is very warm and courteous person, and at all times was very professional and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends or family in search of a new home. Five stars all the way.
