Shae was so great to deal with from wo to go!!! We felt confident at all times that we were in the best hands throughout the whole process of buying our new forever home. We have had bad experiences with previous real estate agents but Shae made our experience one of our best ever.

Shaelagh was immediately responsive when I called to make our first appointment and I was made to feel comfortable that I had chosen the right person with the knowledge and experience we needed. We left the first meeting happy that our circumstances ( sale of a deceased estate) was going to proceed well, due to Shaelagh’s professionalism. Throughout the entire process I have always found her approachable and friendly no matter the circumstances and discreet when required. We would have no hesitation in dealing with her in the future.

Shae has been a very thorough and trustworthy agent throughout the process of selling our house. She has listened and acted exactly how we wanted resulting in a very satisfactory sale. She also kept the eventual buyer well informed along the way and I'm sure they would agree that Shae has been a pleasure to work with. All the team members at Harcourts Huonville that we had dealings with were first rate and supported each other which is a credit to Nick Bond who also happens to know everything worth knowing about the local area. We would definitely recommend Harcourts Huonville and Shaelagh Sawford in particular over any other local agency.
