As a first time seller, Andre made the whole process easy to understand and stress free. His communication was second to none, he kept me updated every step of the way including online engagement, enquiries, organising inspections and calling straight after an inspection to let me know how it went. Andre was readily available and willing to work even outside of typical business hours. Andre was very quick to organise anything that needed to be done, including having the online listing live just one day after the professional photos were taken as well as having a contract drawn up within hours of accepting an offer.
