Andre always had our best interests at heart through the whole process, always keeping us completely in the loop with regular face to face and phone updates after every open house and private viewing. Andre was quick to respond to questions i had, he made himself always available. I felt quite at ease with andre selling my property as he had my best interest at heart. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend harcourts to my friends and family.

Andre was kind and companionate and offered to see our house we were looking at selling also. The house we brought was advertised at $799k however when offered just over that the buyer wanted more. If the buyer wanted more then it should have been advertised as such. Although needed to time off for family reasons the communication with myself and other members of the Harcourts team were ok however the seller was feeling the need to ring me directly about where finance was at. I didn’t have a problem with the timeline and communication but think it could have gone a little different. We will still use Harcourts for our rentals and eventually selling.

Andre was great to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble when ever I phoned him he called me back every time. He is very professional and the one thing I liked is he is not a pushy sales person. Would recommend him to anyone.
