Kind and compassionate with dedication to sell

Andre was kind and companionate and offered to see our house we were looking at selling also. The house we brought was advertised at $799k however when offered just over that the buyer wanted more. If the buyer wanted more then it should have been advertised as such. Although needed to time off for family reasons the communication with myself and other members of the Harcourts team were ok however the seller was feeling the need to ring me directly about where finance was at. I didn’t have a problem with the timeline and communication but think it could have gone a little different. We will still use Harcourts for our rentals and eventually selling.
