A big thank you to our man Vish at Harcourts initiative, open transparent and super responsive communication. As we sold and were awaiting keys to our new house Vish gave us plenty of breathing space negotiating with buyers for extensions of settlement possible rent back scenarios if needed and was very understanding and helpful with our situation. He was contactable all hours and even responded Via WhatsApp while on holiday when I needed urgent answers to a few issues we were having at the time.
