We felt that we weren't protected during our contract. We were charged over $2000.00 for delayed settlement which was out of our control and not our fault. Daryan did not even turn up for 1 of the home opens (another agent turned up) and did not inform us prior. Very unprofessional. Did not return phone calls, text messages or emails. So very disappointed with Daryans performance.

Daryan Abdullah is an extremely professional individual who made selling our property in such a busy and turbulent time a hassle free, and ultimately enjoyable experience. His knowledge of the property market, especially in regard to the locality in which our property was situated within, was second to none. He was ready from the get-go, portraying punctuality and precision throughout the entire process. No matter the time or day, he was only ever a phone call away to address any concerns or questions which had arisen since our last conversation. If an answer wasn't available on the spot, it would only be a short wait until he returned with an answer which was in depth, and without over complicated jargon. Daryan notably took pride in his undertaking of selling our family home of 30+ years, almost like he was a part of the foundation in which it had initially been built upon. The family and I could not speak any more highly of Daryan, his knowledge was admirable, his communication was respectful and prompt, and the level of professionalism in which he conducted himself, ensured that he will always be held in the upmost regard. If there was an option for more stars, it still wouldn't be enough to accurately represent the effort and recognition Daryan deserves!
