I was told all occupiers of the complex were owners, but since purchasing the property I’ve found out only three are owners and three are renters. One of the renters are difficult, they have friends over that are rude when you walk past. Also I was told the cameras to the complex are working through the strata, false! My neighbors have advised that the cameras aren’t operational and that the vehicles get broken into on a regular basis, even today the guy next door had his motorbike stolen. Had I have known this I never would have purchased the property.

From 'just another unit for sale on a website' to finalising the recent purchase of a near-new Apartment, our journey with Alex has been a pleasant and refreshing one. From the outset, Alex went 'the extra mile' for us. Our daughter visited an 'Open Home' Alex arranged and was very impressed and excited about the Unit she had viewed. As we were in the market for a small apartment she mentioned it to us in glowing terms and, the VERY NEXT DAY Alex arranged for us to be able to view the property AGAIN, for ourselves. We appreciated this as we had a limited time-frame for viewing and also needed to travel an hour or so to do so. Alex was very helpful in assisting us to make an informed decision about where to purchase i.e. market values, growth areas, the closest services, shops and arterial roads etc. He was always prompt in his reply to our texts/emails and if he didn't know the answer outright, researched the question and got back to us. A case in point was after we had signed an Offer and queried the size of the fridge compartment and the balcony [to know whether some of our current furniture would fit]. Alex promptly measured up for us and returned our call. This is what professional people do... they care... I would not hesitate to recommend Alex's services to anyone. He is truly a professional, not only knowing the market and able to lead a buyer through the labyrinth, but interested in finding out the needs of a client and more importantly, 'going the extra mile' to meet them.

Where to start.. First I would like to thank Alex & his wonderful associates for making it a swift pleasant experience. It was very hard to even think about selling due to working full time, having small children and other commitments but Alex worked around the clock to make it as easy as possible for us. Everything he said to us regarding the current market, sale time frame and what I should be expecting has all been pretty much accurate to the dot.
