An Estate Agent who listens. So refreshing

Dealing with Trevor has been a positive experience. He is a straight shooter with a good ear to hear what you are asking of him. I would use him again in the future. He was also willing to work with us as out of town buyers but at all times he kept the sellers interests at the forefront.

Real Estate Miracle

Trevor cold called me asking if we were interested in selling. We originally started the sale process in October 2020 with a different agent, extremely low offers and no success. Fast forward to Feb 2021 we decided to try again , this time off market with a different agent, a couple of offers , nowhere near where we needed. Then along comes Trevor, down to earth, polite, gave us the facts. He had a buyer who missed out on another property who wanted to inspect, this happened Wednesday 2 days later. Long story short, we had multiple offers, accepted one of them on Saturday and the property was sold. This enabled us to make an offer on a property in Ipswich where we are relocating and our offer was accepted. In a whirlwind weekend we sold and bought with 24 hours. This was I believe due to Trevor’s down to earth personality, his professionalism and customer centric ethic. To say we are over the moon is an understatement! We would have no hesitation in recommending Trevor either as a selling agent or a buying agent.
