Richie stood out because he was open to working through different scenarios and offering various strategies that made us feel comfortable as sellers. He didn't push us down one line of thinking without giving us the opportunity to explore others. Because the market changed rapidly during our campaign and being June (just post budget), he offered clear recommendations while respecting that we needed to reach key turning points in our own time. We always felt in control of the process, backed by his professional guidance and industry insight. It is also noteworthy that because he has been in the industry a long time, he has ridden many ups and downs. This experience meant he was perfectly equipped to read the current market dynamics and truly understand prospective buyers' sentiments/emotions. We feel a big part of a successful sale was him having that ability to gain the prospective buyers' trust and make them feel comfortable also working with him.
