A fabulous sales experience even in a challenging market

Sam demonstrated a great knowledge of the market and was able to articulate the benefits of differnt sales strategies. The wealth of data from recent applucable sales was particularly impressive as well as the regular contact at whatever time worked for you. Whilst I had solid property skills, I had never used auction to sell and Sam showed how this sales method would meet my specific sales needs. Sam even convinced me of the value of some staging,which I really resisted given my moderate price group property however went with his advice given the trust he had created.He was totally right -it made all the difference and generated great interest, strong buyer showing and offers.
