this was the worst real estate experience of our lives.

I rarely write negative reviews, but after what my family and I went through, I feel obligated to share our experience with Andrew Hudson. Without question, this was the worst real estate experience of our lives. We trusted Andrew's advice when selling our property and purchasing another one. We were repeatedly assured that our home would achieve a significantly higher sale price. Based on those assurances, we made major financial decisions. The reality was completely different. In a very short period of time, we suffered losses that exceeded $300,000 between the sale of our property and the purchase of another. For more than four months, the entire sales process was filled with stress, frustration, and disappointment. Instead of receiving constructive guidance and a clear strategy, we constantly received negative feedback about our property and ongoing pressure to reduce the asking price. The sales strategy was ineffective, communication was poor, and every stage of the process left us feeling misled and unsupported. What made the situation even worse was that when we lost confidence and requested multiple times to terminate the agreement so we could explore other options, our requests were resisted, leaving us feeling trapped while our financial position continued to deteriorate. There were also repeated changes regarding commissions, marketing costs, and financial arrangements that did not match our understanding of what had originally been discussed. Even after settlement, additional payment demands created further frustration and disappointment. The emotional impact of this experience cannot be overstated. It affected our family, our health, and our peace of mind. Selling a home is already stressful enough without feeling that your concerns are ignored and your interests are not being properly represented. Looking back, we deeply regret choosing Andrew Hudson as our agent. We would never use his services again, and based on our experience, we cannot r
