Giorgia presented as a very professional agent with excellent listening and communication skills. She ensured she was in constant contact with both vendor and buyer and resolved negotiations very well. At all times she was attentive, interested and was very prompt at imparting relevant information. The sale was quick, very satisfactory and I would recommend both Giorgia and also Greg Hynes from Harcourts Inspire as honest realistic real estate agents. I used Harcourts Inspire to both purchase property at Oxenford and sell at Parkwood and this agency has the philosophy of honesty and goes well beyond clients expectations. They are a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I had contact with through the purchasing period on the Gold Coast!

My experience with Jason was top notch. told him exactly what I needed and he delivered with the first open home, 3-4 offers and Jason got the best deal and it couldn’t have worked out better, he found an investor that would allow to stay until new house ready which was my biggest worry, but with it in Jason’s hands, there was no worry. He was attentive throughout the entire process with constant communication and updates. Handled the building and pest and provided great advice with lawyers, accountants etc. if your looking to sell, especially in upper Coomera/Coomera area, then look no further, nobody knows the area like Jason. I can’t honestly can’t say enough just how easy he made one of the biggest things you will do in life.

Julian Adey was a pleasure to deal with. While misinformation and poor communication seemed to be the sole objective of other parties involved in the sale of my property, Julian’s persistence and stability made sure the sale was finalised. I was quite prepared to terminate the deal and go with another buyer that Julian had secured with effectively the same offer, but, his commitment to the original buyer and his communication with me lead to me selling for a record price in that estate and stopped the new owners from becoming homeless.
