I'm very lucky to have Effie. During the selling, she is very responsible and patient. She opens at least three times per week and will give me feedback after every inspection. Every week, she will send me a report about all the figures and feedback of the buyers. And she will follow up with every person who comes to the inspection. From the experience of buying the property from Alice recently, I felt Alice was very knowledgeable with the local property market. She also understood well the property she was selling, which convinced me on site of the open house. To be honest, her friendly attitude and detailed explanation of the property encouraged me to move on to the price and make the final decision to purchase the property. To make the whole process go well, Alice worked hard and she even spent the weekend and the public holidays ( the recent Labor Day in VIC) to communicate with me and the vendor. I have to say she worked very hard for the vendor to achieve the best price for the property. In my opinion, Alice is a great communicator, and of course she is professionalism.
