Jackie was always well presented and professionally polite no matter what was being asked of him. He is also genuinely helpful and communicates with sincerity, which is much appreciated in an industry where there always feels like there's the "Lemons problem". Jackie was transparent and assisted with swift negotiations that made this purchase smooth and as peaceful as can be. He would generally reply within a few hours unless he had meetings on, and would inform upfront when he's going to be away. Communicated with me after each open house. Given me verbal and written report each week and explained in details where we’re at and what they are doing to attract buyers. Negotiation skills is also one his best . He guided me and helped me steps by steps with a time frame how prepare the property and supported me all the way to the auction.
