The Harcourt team, especially Vasil Metelovski, have been great to work with in the sale of our property. Vasil kept us informed at every step of the sale campaign, including his organisation of the ancillary trades required for getting the property ready for sale

Anna and team where a fantastic support in selling our dads deceased estate property; their communication was excellent as there where other family members involved in the sale : They kept us informed and up dated through group chats . We were happy with the advertising and they held many open inspections during the campaign. Thanks again for the guidance you gave us through this journey .

I have been known Nuria for more than 7 years . I can see that Nuria and her team has been dominating Glen Waverley area for number of years . The way they do auctions and agents help at the auction day is world class. The number of inspections they arranged for my property is twice the numbers . Nuria & her team worked tirelessly throughout the campaign. We passed property after the auction but Nuria got us more than $70k above the pass in price. We never feel pressured, the process and dealings with Nuria was pleasant and stress free . I have no hesitations to recommend Nuria & her team to my family and friends who wants to sell .

Steven had been such a gentleman and a professional agent to work with. He informed me about the sales process and what was needed for a successful campaign. Once the steps were identified, he organised everything and managed the process efficiently and, more importantly, effectively. He kept me in the loop at every step and was always available to provide advice or information. The sales campaign was completed successfully before the auction, and I could not be happier about the outcome. I really appreciate him and his team and wish them success in the future. I highly recommend him if you want to sell your home in Melbourne.

She kept us well informed about feedback from potential buyers and was always available to answer any of our queries. She was friendly and approachable. We were happy with the result of the sale of our house.
