Selling a house is a stressful task. Having a good agent on your side can make big difference. We had been to many auctions and talked to a few real estate agents before setting up a meeting with Anna. Anna is highly organised, hard-working and personable. Anna’s warm personality has built her a strong following amongst local clients, and her networks were invaluable in helping us find the right buyer for our property. If anyone wants to sell their house, I would highly recommend Anna

This is the best real estate agency service I have ever met, with meticulous and professional service. Jack Qi fully understands the local real estate information and gives us professional guidance on market sales strategy. At the same time, he is considerate and responsible. I hope his business and Harcourt agency will get better and better.

As Power of Attorney, Harcourt's Judd White were recommended as real estate agents to deal with the sale of a deceased estate home. A difficult time. Anita and her team proved to be friendly, very polite and understanding and very professional. Harcourt's service and attention to detail, marketing and as the sale date approached, regular progress feedback was all that could be asked for. On the day, the conduct of our auction was efficient and well prepared.

Nuria and team were outstanding throughout the entire sale process. Provided great advice, were always available and extremely responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. Nuria and the team were also extremely patient and accommodating with my parents who were selling a home for the first time in 60 years! They worked incredibly hard and produced an incredible result for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. Dexter is a superstar auctioneer!
