Speaking from my own experiences of engaging various agents for buying and selling off my properties over the years. I can acknowledge that Nuria and her Harcourts team is one of the very few realestate agents who really show genuinely concerns, total dedications and transparencies when it comes to get a positive results for both the seller and buyer’s especially with her sensibilities and graceful personality. I am very grateful for her unceasing support and rationale advice. Thanks Nuria.

Harcourts is high reputation to earn clients and Nuria is nice and patient enough. All the preparations are quite good ,just the final sales price is not reach the expectation. Market change is too quick in 2022 to feel market temperature even for Real Estate agency.

Jack is an easy going, hard working agent with extensive knowledge about realestate market. He created a trustworthy relationship with both buyer and vendor. Strong negotiation skill, result driven attitude makes Jack helped me to achieve the best outcome. During the selling process, Jack provided professional advice and his positive attitude also helped ease the pressure from the vendor. His attention to detail made me feel confident to leave the property with him. I would have him as my agent if selling my other property.

I found working with Jourdain was a pleasure. He listens and responds well. He has been always consistent, truthful and informative. He sold my property well and made sure that we are not anxious about anything as far as the sale went. He also helped me with minor works around the house and was very effective, efficient and well networked.. I will not hesitate to give Jourdain my property for sale at anytime in the future.

Anita has the knowledges and experiences and most importantly the patience in helping us to prepare for the sale of our property. As a previous local real estate agent myself, I didn’t choose the agents who are just too busy or too rush, which has proved to be so important in achieving eventually a very good outcome. Anita’s communication and selling skills are outstanding on top of her effective follow up work etc in keeping the potential buyers engaged. The crowd of buyers at both the inspections and the auction are so large, which is incredibly successful in a downturn market. Anita will definitely be liked by more property sellers.
