It's a pleasure to recommend Vasil Metelovski - in fact I can't praise him highly enough, along with his team at Harcourts Glen Waverley. In every way during the marketing and sale of my property Vasil provided personal and expert advice and feedback on progress, while responding quickly to any concerns I raised. Vasil combines comprehensive knowledge of the property market with a real concern for his client - his support throughout the sale process was very much valued. Above all, I would say that it is Vasil's integrity and dedication which combine to make him an exceptional property agent.

I was always of the opinion that were we to auction a property, we would choose Dexter Prack to conduct the Auction. I had seen him operation in "full flight" at many an auction and he always performed in a confident, friendly and professional manner. When we interviewed him for the sale of our unit we were pleasantly surprised when Tamara, his assistant accompanied him. Both Dexter and Tamara were very professional in their approach. They are both very fresh, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of their work. More importantly, they listen to what you have to say and try and work out any differences. They were also very prompt in returning calls and in keeping us up to date with the latest enquiries about the property. We have no hesitation in recommending both Dexter and Tamara to anyone considering selling their property. Joe & Margaret Mercieca

Dexter was great from the start. His knowledge of our market was excellent and his listening to our intentions and following instructions was perfect. Dexter was honest in his appraisal and very very fair in all his dealings and discussions - we could not have asked for better. He worked very hard at marketing our property along with his partner / assistant Tamara with the openings and many many people that came through and always protected our interests. The feedback from each open was specific and valuable towards the campaign. The final result was very good and I would definitely recommend Dexter and Harcourts Glen Waverley to any prospective seller.
