Over the years, they always kept in touch and to let us know that they are available if we ever need their help. So we decided to use Harcourts to sell our other property for us and Melody did a wonderful job looking after us. She is very knowledgeable, professional and most of all dedicated to helping us sell our house. She always made time to do what she could to help with the sale of our house. She is also very approachable and you can ask her any questions. Leigh knows the area well and has great information as to what the market is doing. Harcourts often have buyers awaiting properties, and share that information within their team. Leigh had an offer for my home before the first open home. Upon initial engagement and walk through of my property, Leigh gave excellent advice that ultimately got me a great price for my home. He gave great advice re presentation of my home. Had a good understanding of what buyers are looking for. Leigh walked me through the contracts patiently, making sure I understood the conditions, and made sure to keep working for me even after I had a signed contract to ensure there were back up offers.
