He was always on the front foot, kept us informed at every stage and never dropped the ball when it mattered. A true team player who definitely knows how to kick goals. Julian made the buying and selling process very easy. From the moment we met him at our new potential property to the moment he rang us to tell us our family home had sold! We couldn't have asked for a better agent. There were quite a few steps involved from start to finish for us to end up with our home but with Julian's help it happened! I swear he pulled rabbits out of hats. There was never a time that he didnt answer my emails or phone calls, even if it was the 10th time I'd called him that week! He also kept us in the loop at every step. I couldn't recommend Julian highly enough. A really great guy and an even better real estate agent.

We chose Katrina to sell our property as on first meeting her she was warm, friendly, professional and immediately understood the essence of what we loved about our property. She consistently kept us up to date in the lead up to advertising the property and was very flexible in working around our timeline, nothing was too much trouble for her. Katrina's unique approach to marketing the property really appealed to us as well - it made the whole process fun rather than stressful! Katrina presented us with two offers after the first private open home and by the end of the week we had a signed contract. She kept us up to date throughout the settlement process and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. We got the price we wanted and the quick sale has put us in a great position to be able to purchase a property in our new home state of WA. We can't thank or recommend Katrina enough!
