Roger demonstrated exceptional communication, professionalism, and authentic care throughout the entire process. Although he represented the vendor, as the purchaser I felt equally valued, respected, and well-informed at every stage, making the entire experience positive and reassuring.
Roger personally called me on several occasions to check how things were progressing on my end, which made a significant difference during what can be a stressful time. I felt comfortable asking him questions, even about aspects of my own sale that I was unsure about, and he was always transparent, knowledgeable, and practical in his advice.
From the first day I viewed the home, Roger was believable and open, offering helpful information I hadn’t even thought to ask about, which ultimately proved very beneficial. He also kindly facilitated communication around timing, moving arrangements, and settlement preparation between the vendor and myself, helping everything run smoothly.
