Dean Oakes recently sold my house at Kingston Beach. At all times he was able to be contacted easily and would answer my questions thoroughly revealing a detailed knowledge of the current market situation in my area as well as factors affecting real estate in general. Dean had open home inspections every Saturday leading up to the sale of my house and gave me immediate feedback on visitors to the property. He would then follow them up on the Monday after the open home. He proved to be very accurate in his assessment of the potential buyers. Dean gets on very easily with people, he has great interpersonal skills, a very cheerful disposition and positive manner. He is also a very good listener which I think is very important from both the vendor and buyers perspective. He is a real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Dean's services in getting your house SOLD.
