Dean was very responsive and knows the market around Kingston where we recently bought. There was a home open in a few days but as my wife was visiting from WA and we saw the home listed on realestate.com, we thought we'd take our chances and see if the viewing could be done within the hour and Dean made it happen. The only miscommunication was the land that we thought was included in our purchase which even as per the plans shared and documents signed was a bit smaller than what we thought as we believed the grass patch - nature strip formed part of our property when in fact it belonged to the council. This should have been made clear from the start.

Dean was friendly, welcoming and open. He was not pushy and did not place any pressure on me in terms of making an offer or in the conditions of any offer I might make. He was forthcoming with information and openly discussed pros and cons of the property with me, rather than attempting to portray that every aspect of it was perfect. Dean also took time to explain the offer and acceptance process with me, which was valued because the Tasmanian system differs from other Australian systems where open negotiation between prospective parties is permitted.
