Roger was knowledgeable, reliable and keen to assist. He was also willing to forgo the 2.2% if my sister decided to buy the house and wrote this into the contract. He did not pressurise me but made me aware of the importance of not procrastinating. His knowledge of the market price was excellent and he did not attempt to place too high a value on the home. Roger followed up with things without having to be reminded. All in all, a very positive experience.

Here is a man that show great empathy for both vendor and purchaser. Rogers communication could not be better if he tried. Tireless effort would not go far enough to describe how Roger works and to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by his efforts would be a gross understatement. I approached Harcourts and met Melody. She suggested a price but I wanted to attempt a higher price. She went along with this and she discussed a selling strategy which I found very satisfactory. When very little interest for the block was occurring Melody would discuss with me a different strategy to try. Still no success so reduced the price which was in fact about the price she originally suggested. Negotiations then proceeded smoothly and efficiently. A solicitor was suggested by Melody which enabled the transaction to efficiently reach fruition. I feel Melody did a good job and obviously had a good grasp of the market re value but allowed my wishes to be tried. I consider her to be efficient especially with me being stationed at the other end of the State. All in all the e xx xperience for me in dealing with Melody has been extremely positive. Melody has truly made my dream come true. I would recommend Melody to anyone and everyone. I had emailed Melody about a week before she sent me a message letting me know that my new home had just come on the market. I was asking an impossible question of a low cost 3 bedroom in the area where my children went to school. The price I was asking for just didn't seem possible in the areas I was wanting. Low and behold, a week later something came up and Melody notified me straight away! I was there within an hour or so viewing the property and signed a contract that evening.
