Melody is very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator.

Melody is a lovely person and greatly assisted in the sale of my house. she has detailed knowledge of the best contractors and quickly obtained quotes I needed for staging the house, gardening and cleaning. She has a great eye for detail and presentation and was very helpful in determining the amount of refurbishment needed in a tired house. A big question was how much to I spend to make the house presentable. Melody was a huge help for this. I think we struck the right balance. She was always there when I needed advice. Thank you to Melody and Harcourts for the excellent job you did selling my house.

Roger is a gentleman with excellent understanding of the market, highly professional in approach

I can't speak too highly of Roger. He was great to have as my agent. Roger went out of his way to assist me in the sale of my house. As will as giving sound advise on the presentation a house that was a bit tired, he recommended contractors who would give the house a lift and pointed to aspects of the house that needed attention. He and Harcourt's were very helpful in organising a stager, cleaners and a gardener. I was in NSW during the sale of my house. As well as taking groups through the house in my absence, Roger checked the house and garden regularly, doing a bit of sweeping here, and hovering there, to keep the house spick and span while I was away. When we had a buyer who was a bit nervous, Roger helped assure her that the house was in order and steered us through to the point of sale. I would like to sincerely thank Roger and Harcourts for quality of their management, and the attention they gave to the sale of my house.
