It was an wonderful experience working with the BDM team of Harcourts - Chanara, Paige & Liam - they were all very responsive, always available when needed & super helpful for performing pre-acquisition inspections on behalf of me. Their inspection reports were very detailed and provided a lot of insights not only limited to the property but also about the location etc. They took care of all the hassle of organising the inspections including the pre-settlement inspection, coordinate with the sales agent for arranging inspections for the new tenancy. Also to mention they were super fast to advertise my property for tenancy and finalise the prospective tenant in a matter of few days. I would highly recommend their service.
