The portal for maintenance is not very effective, and i can’t get it to work often. This results in me messaging the manager to approve maintenance. i’ve had a few requests like air conditioner cleaning which is clearly a tenant cost, sent to me. these sorts of requests should be vetted by the manager, if the manager is required to read them and send to me- inside on how it works on your end. i’ve had several instances of being chased to approve maintenance requests that i’ve given approval for via email or text. I ask for updates on issues and am required to follow up for an answer, giving ample time for them to get an answer so i can plan accordingly. I am actively seeking a new property management firm.
