The level of service provided from every member of the Harcourts team has been amazing since day one where they happily assisted us at every step of our new purchase and leasing journey (eg with pre-settlement inspections and assessments, rental appraisals, etc) before we had even formally onboarded with them. Given we are interstate buyers (and now landlords) having full confidence and trust in the team we are dealing with remotely is of immense importance and value to us.
