Outstanding property management

Rachel, has been nothing short of amazing. Her communication and dedication has been absolutely outstanding. Although Rachel has a very large portfolio of properties that she manages, I always feel like mine are at the top of her priority list. This has been very evident with how she has managed this particular property, where we have had a number of maintenance and tenancy issues, along with the transition from first national to Harcourts when the merger accrued. As a landlord who does not live in this location, it only ever takes a quick email or phone call and things are put into action. I have found it remarkable how contactable Rachel is, to the point that I have suggested that she needs to find a hobby. Thanks Rach, you have been outstanding.
