Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville helped lease this property

Excellent Communication with listing my property for rent.

They were very responsive and demonstrate strong market knowledge. They supported me to have a fair idea on how to choose tenants through the report they sent out straight after each inspection. The report they sent out was brief but detailed information that helps me get a fair idea on what sort of tenants we would expect. I was always informed of any changes made with the ladies at the office and who will be working with me or my point of contact. There were always open and honest communication which made me feel encouraged and always reach out to the ladies if I needed any assistance from them. This was my first experience listing my property for rent and I learned a lot from the ladies who worked with me especially, Donna, Amy and Abi. They were always very responsive to emails and text messages and as the result we have agreed on the right tenant for the property.
