Excellent service and great communication from Louisa.
Louisa was nothing but professional throughout a difficult exit from the last tenants causing damage as well as leaving the house without removing rubbish or completing a bond clean. She organised all necessary maintenance and repairs swiftly. Louisa's communication has been exceptional, we always know what's going on with regular updates. When tenants are settled and there are no issues or maintenance requests, everything runs smoothly and no contact is required. Rent disbursements happen in a timely manner and no thought or effort is required on our behalf. When there is a maintenance request, it is sorted quickly by Louisa. Kingsberry had been doing a satisfactory job managing our rental property when we first listed with them and had previous property managers allocated to our property. In the last 2 years since Louisa was allocated to us as our property manager, the service has been exceptional. We'll keep our rental property with Kinsberry because of Louisa's excellent service and great communication, she is an asset to the Property Management team and Kingsberry as a whole.
