Sam was both professional and realistic.

We found Sam to be realistic in a number of ways. Firstly, he was realistic about the asking price. It was a difficult property to price, and we approached the valuation from several angles. Once agreed we worked together to choose realistic words to describe the property. When we had a potential buyer Sam worked with us both to help both parties. We ended up obtaining the asking price and the buyer was able to get verifiable information on their needs. We never found Sam pushy or abrasive. Very business like in his approach. Didn’t ask too many leading and directive questions but sough out the truth and worked with wherever that lead him. We believe he was working for us and not the buyer. Yes, he wanted to make the sale because that is how he earns his money but that did not seem to us to be his primary motivation. Thanks Sam
