Excellent communicator with extensive local market knowledge

Sam was the first person I thought of when I decided to sell my house as he was the estate agent who organised my purchase of the property several years ago. The purchasing experience was totally painless because of Sam's personal qualities and his professionalism. His extensive local and marketing knowledge, his engaging personality and his honesty were all apparent to me the first time and I figured I couldn't improve on this experience. We had planned initially to sell the property by auction but in the intervening period major world events gave us some doubts as to whether an auction was the best way to go. Thanks to Sam's foresight and very well developed negotiation skills we managed to sell it beforehand for a price that I was happy with.
