John was sure of achieving the best possible price in the shortest time for the sale of our property in Kirwan. He achieved a successful sale in a few days. He listed the property on Friday afternoon, had an open house Saturday, negotiated the best price and a contract signed on Sunday. John communicated well at all stages, before, during and after the sale the property. We couldn't be happier with the result in the sale of our property from the efforts of John.
