We met a couple of agents before we settled on Jayden. His clear communication, realistic expectations and excellent knowledge of the market were some of the reasons for our choice. In addition Jayden proposed a higher sale price than we were expecting but he backed this up with flexibility in the commission paid. If he did not achieve the sale price he suggested, he would lower the commission. We were very happy with that as it assured us he was confident of the suggested sale price. He exceeded that sale price by a considerable amount and the whole process was smooth and stress free. A big plus for us living intestate was that Jayden organised all the updates needed before the sale including painting and all recommendations on the builders report without any stress for us. He kept us updated on quotes for the jobs and the progress of same at every level so we knew what was happening .
