This unit would have to be my best buy this year. This is a solid investment where maintenance would be at a minimum. Currently leased for $270 per week until 1/9 /2023 with a long term tenant.
A neat and tidy little complex with only 5 units and reasonable body corporate fees. The unit is very private at the rear of the complex with an exclusive fenced outdoor area . With two good sized bedrooms, both have air-conditioning. The kitchen is in the ideal location with the laundry screened off at the rear and the lounge dining rooms at the front.
Overall, a very tidy unit and a great investment.
