Our initial contact with Harcourts Kiritsis Property for an appraisal was prompt viewing of the property and a professionally compiled report. The guide price suggested was higher than we believed would be achieved, but proved to be pitched right. After interviewing several agents we appointed HKP. to be the selling agent. Matthew Paternoster handled the sale. Mathew was in constant contact and very quick to answer any queries. Dealing with the tenant in residence, some negotiations on the advertising and sales commission. Firm offers were received on the first open and the property sold for a premium price the following week. The after sales process went without a hitch. We were very pleased with the service provided by HKP and would certainly recommend them to other vendors.
