Jeremy operates with a team behind him and it really shows-phone calls returned, emails answered quickly & proper follow up leading up to settlement (not just the old drop 'I got the sale' & go of others). He is calm and collected (not stressed & pushy), & this is a lovely change to deal with. I dealt with him on a property that one would not describe as in a premium suburb, but I felt like he gave it equal measure & I think that is a real positive with an agent (treated each sale equally regardless of commission size).

Great experience purchasing our property. Jeremy sold 2 properties in a short duration of time for my husband & I so I already knew Jeremy is a great agent; our first choice always. My mum, 15 months ago was recommended by her friend to have her property (rural property with acreage, unique and a difficult property to market) listed with an agent which I didn't have any involvement in choosing. There was no success in a sale nor even an offer in that period. In recent months it became stressful for mum who needed closure; this had been her home for over 50 years prior to my dad passing away in 2013. Mum finally agreed I needed to step in and manage the sale which of course meant changing real estate agents. Jeremy was the only Agent I contacted. Less than two weeks after showing Jeremy the property...it was sold....unconditional 30 day settlement to make it even better. My sisters and I are eternally grateful to Jeremy & Team ..it's closure we too needed & the experience was entirely stress free for Mum.

He knew the market conditions; provided astute advice on preparing the property for sale and; kept me up-to-date and, importantly, at ease throughout the sales process. My property was tenanted at the time, with tenants who I really valued, and Jeremy and his team also established a good rapport, worked comfortably and communicated with them. The process and outcome surpassed my expectations. I recommend Jeremy without hesitation.
