Jeremy sold my house in one week and three days. Amazing effort! Jeremy Sharon and the photographer arrived together trusting that I had the house ready for photos. He had it on the market in two days ready for the weekend with an open home the following weekend. Jeremy was totally up front about the price he thought I'd get and negotiated with the purchaser for a higher price. He and Sharon kept me informed as soon as something happened. An amazing team!!

We recently bought a property from one of David's clients and found David to be a wonderful representative. He knew the property and the vendor well and was extremely transparent in his dealings throughout the purchase, keeping their interests at front of mind whilst understanding our perspective as purchasers. David was very knowledgable about the house, the heritage and the area that we were looking to buy and offer to throw on the overalls and get his hands dirty around the house with lots of tips of things to look out for and look forward too. David was also realistic with timeframes and ensured that questions were not answered in haste, rather answered accurately and so the time taken to confirm the details of the property was time taken to ensure that the information was accurate. David was also considerate of our new adventure with this purchase so was helpful in guiding us to relevant trades people around the area to assist and even arranged a garden tour with the vendor so that we had a deeper understanding of the property we were purchasing. All of this followed by a congratulatory wine and gift package (reminding you that we were the purchasers and technically not his client!) It was a wonderful, safe and thorough experience and we extend our thanks to David for his assistance.
