I've worked with David to both buy and sell my property. As a buyer and as a vendor I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and committed to his job. Both times I've worked with him, he's been in communication with me, even outside of business hours to give me updates which I didn't expect. I really appreciate the effort he's gone to to make sure that everyone involved finds the experience as quick, easy and prosperous as possible.

Jeremy was great to have as an agent. He kept us informed at every stage, He adjusted home open times so that we could do a quick "tidy up"; He rang me after each home open to give me feed back on the potential buyer and what they thought. He also knows the market well and didn't just ask us to reduce the price to get a sale. The market was a little slow and we knew that we were just waiting for the right purchaser. He gave us confidence to keep going which resulted in a very satisfactory sale.

David is experienced, friendly and prof seeessional. He provided regular updates and contacted me when he said he would. He showed attention to detail and achieved the sale in under average market time. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

David was all too helpful answering any questions we had about the property being purchased. If he didn't know he would be back in touch the next day if not the same day! He was open and honest, helpful with organizing any extra visits we needed and made the purchasing process very simple and easy and stress free. Thank you!

David’s not your typical agent - he is so down to earth and goes above and beyond to help both vendor and purchaser. He’s got a great sense of humour too! I’d definitely recommend his services.
