Jeremy and Nav were fantastic l had no issues on selling property . The agents knew market knowledge and they were very professional. I cannot thank David Hernyk and the team at Harcourts enough. Everything was done in a professional manner. All paperwork was clearly explained and options outlined thoroughly. Photos and advertising were excellent. Open homes and inspections were well run with David or one of his team there and well prepared at least 10 minutes before start time. As soon as the open home/ inspection was finished I received a phone call with a full report. I never felt pressured at any time including when the offer was made my options were explained clearly and I was given time to talk to my family and make my decision. With the market slowing considerably I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it sold. As a widow selling the family home this experience could have been extremely difficult but David and his team did everything in a caring and professional manner that made the whole thing much easier. I can’t find words to recommend David Hernyk and the Harcourts team highly enough you definitely could not do better Thank you

David gave us great advise to improve to sale ability of the home at a time when sales were slowing down due to the panic of interest rates increasing. I honestly think without the improvements we made the sale price of the house would have been much lower . The older homes have to compete against new builds . There is such a false expectation now that new builds are competitive to homes built 20 years ago ,unfortunately this is false. The building of older homes far out weighs quality even if there is small issues within a house that need work.
